The rim on the border of coin is super skinny then thicker than usual.also the IN for in god we trust is deformed and very obviously strange. Thanks for your input/help!!!
It appears to be what's often referred to as a MAD (MisAligned Die) albeit a modest one. As for the "IN", I cannot see it that well, but is likely the result of being struck through grease or the like and isn't anything significant.
