I have 2 1988 Polish Banknotes, both of them are uncirculated, and 50 Zlotych. I cant post a pic, because my scanner doesnt work, but they are in the little banknote protectors. I will try to find a pic online as a reference. Anybody have any idea what they are worth?
Joe,these are not worth a great deal, but they are interesting as a souvenir of when Poland was a Commie country. Aidan.
If they are the ones I have (and I am pretty sure they are), they can be bought in packs of 100 for $10 or a little more. They are great souvenirs, though being among the last currency of communist Poland. I bought a stack of them and had some autographed by various people, such as Jaruzelski, the last Polish communist leader. I am trying to get one signed by Lech Walesa, the labor leader who ended it all, but he has been tougher to track down so far.
