1988 penny with crack along outer edge

    Are cracked coins have any value to hold on to? Any feedback will help thx. On the back behind AMERICA, you can see the line too.

    This is caused by Die Deterioration.
    You see this occur on Zinc Plated Cents. I don't think it's really a crack but more of an indentation.
