Have a strange dime looks doubled and also the JS isnt there and it seems to be more to the north east on his neck not underneath his neck

The doubling appears to just be a worn die....
Can you provide an image of the full coin?

    Definitely die deterioration doubling.
    Not a Doubled Die variety.

    Your coin o_O
    I see it!

In God We Trust and the area around the date and lower neck are scuffed and damaged. The doubling is due to worn dies. Weak initials (there are still remnants) to the left of the date are due to heavy die wear. They were on the original die. Not an error or variety of any kind

But do you think people buy stuff like this possibly

No. Die deterioration is common and nobody pays a premium for damage. Your coin is worth 10 cents. Spend it

Not to mention that the coin has coin roller damage also, tis a good way to move (remove) some metal.

That would fall under the Variety Category.

    Also the following ..
    RPM - Repunched Mint Mark
    Doubled Die
    Small Date & Large Date
    Close AM & Wide AM

The style sure looks like a trumpet tail.
The MM has been flattened and distorted a bit by circulation.
