I'm still learning but I'm not sure what doubling this might be. I'm leaning to MD but can't help thing it's DD.
I reckon most are going to say mechanical doubling. If I'm not mistaken, it is considered double die when there is separation/spacing between the devices. That doesn't mean that MD can't be cool sometimes.
