We're looking at the bottom left of Memorial here and I'm thinking this is just a plating issue that maybe the copper was pushed down by a gases trapped at bottom of Memorial but I can see some of the die scratches going over the raised area in question. Also something going on between 7th and 8th columns. So please help me out here with your thoughts! Thanks!
