Hi Matthew, no it isn't. From the photos it appears to be machine doubled ( no increase in value) as one edge of the date for instance appears to be flattened compared to the other half, due to the die striking and moving to a side before completely raised, vibration in the setup. Try to find another cent with the same date, and compare the width of the numbers. A true doubled die, one side of say the inside loop of the 8 would be the same size as the comparison coin plus an extra amount from the doubling ( doubled die part). Since machine doubling generally just damages one part, each side looks less than the comparison coin, Also easy to see in the I of liberty.
