1988-D with 1989 "FG" mistake, anyone conform?

    I was looking at this 1988-D Lincoln cent and looking for the "FG" mistake, I saw this and I can't tell if it's a 1988 with the 1989 "FG" real or I'm seeing what I'm seeing cuz of zinc deteriation? Anyone?

    Looks like it's due to the zinc bubbling
