Does anyone think this is DD or worth sending to get graded? and if it was graded, what would it come back rated as?

    Don't see a doubled die.
Appears to be edge damage, possibly by a coin counting or wrapping machine.

The doubling you see is from Die Deterioration. Nickels suffer from this quite a lot. It is because of the striking pressure needed. The coin is a nice find for a circulation find. One thing you need to look for is the full steps, with out those a Jefferson in these years just isn't worth grading.
