I'm not an error expert but IMO it looks like it could be Mechanical Doubling. Check this site: http://doubleddie.com/144822.html I'm not good at identifying the different types of doubling. Ask @paddyman98; @furryfrog02; @Fred Weinberg; @JCro57; et al. I checked 3 different sites and couldn't find anything on this.
@thomas mozzillo - Looked at examples from doubleddie.com and looks good. Would be cool. You saw it first. Need more opinions.
