1987d penny possible rdv error

New to the forum, thanks for letting me join! Had a pile of coins and I noticed the fg on this doesn't match or at least doesn't look like it matches. Does it look like a possible rdv like 001?
The pictures were done on a crappy camera more can be taken.

All 1987s had that reverse. The one your looking for is the 1988
