1987 error Cent Whats its value??????

Hello,
Here is a coin I have had for a while. I am going to sell it and was offered $15. Should I sell it or ask for more? I have collected error coins for a while but the prices have went way up over the past few years and I was wondering the value.

$15 Sounds like a fair price.
Im more curious about what appears to be a "D" mintmark on the right side in the field . Is it a "D" or is it just a spot ?

 

It is just a mark I saw it in the pics to and checked it.
