I can't find a listing anywhere for a 1987-D Washington Quarter RPM. I am not sure if this is MD or DDD, but it sure looks like a tilted RPM. The top serif took a slight hit so I have no evidence of splits at the top, but I have found some minor wheat RPM's with just a split serif at the bottom or top, so it is plausible. What do you think??
Jay to me it looks more like a hit the the bottom serif, but I admittedly do not know as much about quarter varieties as I do about cents.
