1986D Nickel - Weak Strike?

    Found this nickel in a box tonight. 1986P NIckel.jpg Is this a weak strike, grease filled die, or just damage? I'm leaning towards weak strike.

    I'd say a badly deteriorated die judging from the striations on the obverse.
