It should be clear to you that 3 different suggestions have been made likely indicating only one person deduced from your pictures you are likely asking about the ghosted mm. Take more pix from different angles. Just keep your camera and magnifier where it is and rotate the coin relative to those and your light. I personally don't believe it is a RPM but, you may be seeing something your pictures don't reveal because they reveal very little.
