1986 World Cup 250 pesos Commemorative Gold coin in Original Packaging

    Has anyone seen this Coin in original packaging before? This is a new one on me! I couldn’t find much on eBay or any other site for that matter. The coin itself doesn’t appear to be a Proof like the other 1986 Word Cup gold Commemorative 250 pesos I found. I believe it is basically 1/4 AGW. What’s it worth? Melt?

    It looks like this coin has slight collector value over melt value (1/4 ounce of gold). I’ve never seen the commemorative coin before.
