    Can you all tell me about this 1986 Penny. I noticed the (L) missing in LIBERTY. Also the date looks to be off just a tad. Any info will gladly be apreciated

    It's a simple worn die strike. It forms what you see and it is called a worn die ridge. Common on Copper Plated Zinc cents.
