1986 Penny Error - Extra Planter?

Reverse of the cent has several areas that don't seem like pmd, the most being the "extra tilted planter" in the center. Any thoughts on what type of error/damage this is?

Any thoughts on the damage near the T in cent?

 

The area around the "T" may be a strikethrough caused by grease-filled debris falling out of the die. Below are photos of some that I found. The first photo is a partially retained strikethrough.
