1986 no mint mark

    I have an 1986 penny no mint mark. Is this an error? I also have an 1969-s with lines in the date. Is this concidered a double die?:loud:

    To cointalk
    a Lincoln cent with no mint mark mean it was made in the mother mint Philadelphia
    that 1969-S can you post a photo of it????
