1986 Lincoln Cent Minting Error

I found in pocket change this interesting Lincoln penny which has some perhaps minting error on top under " In God We Trust " even the letter I looks is a little bit broken and some a kind layer goes underneath In God We Trust........................I don't know If is some a kind of error. I am not error specialist

The 1986 Cent is Copper Plated Zinc.. When Dies become worn (overused Die) they create a Die Deterioration look to the Cent.
Not really a Mint Error but a issue that is common.
