1986 front lines under lincoln ?anybodys opinion ?

i can;t figure out how the lines got there without messing up lincoln head

looks to be a minor clash to me. Since the die is indented on Lincolns head, the higher points on the reverse die could've hit the obverse die making a small impression on it.
