The first is a privately minted commemorative medallion, not a coin. To a soccer fan it may have more value, but basically it's worth its weight in whatever metal it is made of.

The second is a Great Britain 25 New Pence commemorative crown issued to honor the Queen Mother's 80th birthday. It's either KM#921, one of 9,306,000 minted in cu-ni, or KM#921a, one of 84,000 silver proofs. From the appearance of the surface, I'll guess that it's the cu-ni version, with a catalog value of $2.50.
