1986 double rim?

Hello again
I have 1986 with a strange rim. The letters are on a ridge? The coin is not warped in any way. But what kind of Error is this classified as. Ridge Error? Has anyone ever come across this before?

Just a worn die strike. Common on copper plated zinc cents.

 

Thanks paddyman, I was wondering how that would happen. I’m sure it’s no extra value but still looks neat.
