    Looks normal to me besides it's hard times in circulation.

    Looks like it was in a dryer for a short time and it's been circulated suffering damage in both sides.

    From the look of the coin those dies were pretty wasted. They strike like that when they're tasked beyond their useful life. The grainy surfaces are the first sign but just about anything can happen as they're literally going to pieces.
