It looks normal to me.

 

The bump near Abe's chin looks like a plating blister caused by zinc oxide under the plating. It is not considered an error, but just a defect.
Planchets for the cent are not made at any of the US Mints.

 

Do you mean like that dot? It's a plating blister. Like on a cheap paint job.

 

The only time I even pay any attention to zinc pennies is when people post about them.
It's the worst material the mint ever came up with. Nine out of 10 of them seem to have issues.

 

The obverse is out of focus or it's my glasses?
I see a plating blister.
