    Looks more like mechanical doubling.

    As far as the rainbow on the face, it's toned some. My 85 proof set has the same toning on the quarter, dime, and nickle.

    Just an FYI, we're not mind readers here so when you post pics with no statements about the coins in the pics, we have no idea what you're wanting to find out.
