My brother recently found this quarter in his change, to us it does appear damaged but some of the marks don't look like normal damage. The pics are not very good but should be decent enough for opinions. Thanks Sent from my HTC One V using Tapatalk 2
One thing I forgot to say is, the quarter is flat, the edges don't raise like usual but the detail isn't harmed in the way squishing a coin would do. kinda thinking the displaced metal may have been cuds but idk Sent from my HTC One V using Tapatalk 2
That is one severely damaged coin. It did not leave the Mint in that condition. I would spend it or exchange it at the bank for a coin in spendable condition.
