Check out this one by wexler, it has the same ring around the outside devices, as yours . 1985 1¢ WDDR-003 Description: A Class II spread toward the center shows on USA, EPU, ONE CENT, and the designer’s initials. The strongest spread can be found on the letters of AMERICA. Die Markers: Obverse: A short die scratch runs NNE from the lower right of the G in GOD. Reverse: A die gouge can be found between the lower A and 2nd T in STATES. A die gouge runs through the bottom of the statue. A short die gouge protrudes from the lower left of the C in CENT.
