Scored this beauty for $11.60 on the Bay!
This old small portrait $10 note blows away the newer versions!
I HATE the new backs on the tens (Especially the angle, and the water mark location)! They really need to go back to the drawing board with those...

Anywho, was having wayyyyy to much fun with Photoshop

i picked up a new $10 on the ground during my run, and of course it fell out of my pocket -__- but my mom said someone obviously needed it more than me ( yes i know very off topic but i wanted to vent about losing $10)

Nice FRN..now all you need is the A-A Block, A-C Block, A-D Block and the Star for a set of these...

    Good hunting.

Shouldn't take to long since everyone is going after ratty Silver Certs on Ebay. Was watching a boat load of people jump on singles & sets of beat to heck SC for several dollars over retail redbook from the same seller, and totally ignoring this gem???

I will admit I bought four ratty 1934 $10 Silver certs a couple weeks ago for $60 bucks  Four guys had been bidding on them for six days, and I sniped the lot with 4 seconds to go. Found the listing with only 3 minutes left LOLOLOL
The one above I bidded with 2 day remaining for 11.60, and low and behold no one realized it's worth twice face value? I really thought I was going to have to push 16-18, but they would rather pay twice the value for a common SC that's been through a sink disposal? Their lose!

ron, I always happen to get lucky on those types of auctions. These people get into a bidding war and don't take the time to look around for better quality notes for less money. I agree, their loss!
