    Nope. Plate doubling. It's common on post 1981 pennies.

    Thanks, can you check the back out, tell me if it is pmd please. In the first pick if you could look at the s & u. The second if you could look at the top of the t & E. In the third if you could look at the impression from a to u. Next the b & u . Then the two dots. Sorry I realive these are mixed up, but I think you will see what I am talking about.     What you see is a worn out Die, It is full of Die scratches, polishing and also die deterioration doubling.
