Just a worn D MM from what I see. If this were a RPM ( repunched Mint Mark ) one would be able to see separation lines on or around the MM. This link should help.http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/dietype.php?date=1985&die_mint=d&die_type=mm&page=0

 

Under my scope it looks like the #13 just couldn't get it to show up in my photo

 

I think I see what you are seeing, but unfortunately from my perspective it looks like mechanical doubling. Could we see some shots of the MM with the date included?
