Not sure if this is an error dime or not. The Liberty lettering is very close to the rim. Rim appears to be only 180 o opposite s ide.
Maybe just a simple common Misaligned Obverse Die Strike. Always show both sides of your coin. It will help in determining the reason it looks as it does.
