Looks like grease filled die to me, may add small premium but not much, also I'm new to this so I may not be right so don't quote me lol.
I don't think it is a Partical Coller, as it has reeding all the way around it. It looks like some Debis Filled Die coins do. But it also has weakess at the IGWT near the edge which is more characteristic of Die Deterioration or "Late Stage Die"
The rim is the issue it is really wide on top of the obv. The reeding is very weak in that area. You can also see the reeding from the front and back of the coin.
Misaligned die strike, maybe even tilted die? I really want to say collar clash but something tells me not to, I would wait to see what @paddyman98 says, maybe he might know. If not he might poke the belly of the beast of coins, Fred Weinberg lol
You would need the take a picture of the edge to determine that. Use your fingers to hold it, It's nothing major in value.
Thanks. red book says 2.27 grams, the reason I ask was to rule out a thin planchet. Now I'm thinking this may have been a oversized planchet that was pushed into the Die Collar at an angle. Which is how a partial Collar coin is struck I believe. Check some of these out too.http://www.error-ref.com/cupped-off-center-strike/ http://www.error-ref.com/skidding-misalignments/.
