Here is my 1985-D: I was doing what I do... scan the obverse, flip and scan the reverse. It looked a little off, so I flipped it again and again and again and again. Eventually, it drove me nuts because I couldn't figure out if this was really rotated or if my fingers are just too fat, so I took a piece of tape and lined it up to a section of the monument and flipped it. This is the result. 5 degree rotation? I'm guessing this is probably worth face value, but what I want to know is... is this amount of rotation enough to be considered rotated? As always, thanks for entertaining my posts!
This is definitely within mint standards. I think around 15-25% rotation is where the premiums begin.
