I think this is still when the mint marks were added by hand, so location and tilt don't mean anything...that being said, yes, it looks slightly tilted.
Does I bother you guys that there are so many amateurs asking questions about pocket change? Not trying to be rude because I understand there are all levels of collecting on this forum. But shouldn't there be a forum just for this kind of stuff?
