1984d double date ?

    Personally, I don't see anything that looks like Doubling. Looks like a normal, 1984 Lincoln Cent.

    I can't see any signs of doubling. The date makes this cent comprised of Zinc and coated with a thin layer of Copper. It is common for these Zinc cents to display machine doubling or MD. Given the wear we may not be seeing this in your photo. At any rate it's a spender.

    I'm curious why you suspect the date is doubled?
    Is it some video you saw and thus you thought this, being the same date, must also be an error of some type just by correlation?
