I found a 1984 coin that has been hit hard on the rim the coin plus something also hit right in the ear. plus the gouges on the face and from the top all the way down to the date .Plus on the back is another hit around the top another hard Hit.Then on the building has marking all over it and the E is gone on one cent I done know about the picture you can't get it no clearly than that the coin itself has like a film on the hole coin very dual coin no life in it what so every. Not sure what all you are trying to explain. Maybe a language barrier. Your coin looks like post mint damage to me.
Your coin is damaged. Not a mint error. It looks like there possibly may be a die crack on the reverse but a clear photo would be needed to determine exactly what it is. You said you're using a cell phone to take photos. You should move the phone closer or further from the coin until the focus is sharper, then take the photo.
