1984 us penny..no mint Mark...no designer mark

Is this something collectors would be interested in? Is it worth more than one cent?

Hi Alexander. This is an over polished die problem. It has a cool factor and I would keep it but not much if any value over face if trying to sell. Likely a 25 cent item in a dealers odds and ends box in that condition assuming the obverse is also nice.
