1984 s proof cent error?

    Hi all, I have 1 1984 s Lincoln proof cent that seems to be an error coin but I cant find any info on it. I am kind of new to the hobby so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Looks like split plating around the S. Not sure what that is below the E.

    The S mint mark is under magnification, I found that when I looked over the rest of the coin. I got a cheap USB microscope to look closer at the bottom of the E. It looks like there is a thread of raised metal. I thought maybe it is a die crack or chip? But after looking on the internet I couldn't find any info.
