    Is this just off center with incused lettering and something over the profile?

    I'm not sure what all to think of this coin but something seems off... The reversed letters on the obverse rim seem to be from another coin pressed into it. The off center looks pretty cool.

    In my opinion, the intentional damage has destroyed any chance of the legitimate error being worth anything.
