The front appears to look concave, and the neck and bowtie are different. on reverse, thelincoln looks inverted and doubled. I searched on coppercoins to see if it was there with no luck, anyone ever this in a 1984?
Nothing odd about this coin - we have seen thousands. Nothing odd about this coin - we have seen thousands. Keep searching.
What you have as called a die clash. It happens when the 2 dies come together without a planchet between them and slightly impress each others design into the other die. Die faces are not flat but have the center of the face higher than the outer edge of the die so die clashes are usually just in the center and typically do not expand out to the rim. IMO die clashes of this strength on Lincolns are relatively common and don't have a premium. Keep this for your collection and watch for stronger clashes.
On the last image, in the 4th column, there is a line that may be from a clash, I can't see any other indications.
