I have such a hard time with figuring out the double dies I go on Wexler and I read and I look and I read and I look I need a pinion is this a double die 84 penny look at the 8 through the 8th and I see two eights and two fours thank you

No ddo that I can see, but let me take a look at the ear.

 

That's plate doubling. It's common. The copper plate doesn't move in the same way as the zinc when struck.
