  1. On the date and the lower right bust. On igwt to a lesser extent and a thick liberty. I welcome any feedback 20171225_221957.jpg 20171225_222816.jpg 20171225_221759.jpg 20171225_222305.jpg 20171225_222443.jpg

I don't see any doubling. Perhaps what you think you see is an artifact of the lighting.

  5. I have to use the shine to show the line. Here is a negative of the first photo with arrows pointing to the lines on the 1 and 9: 17-12-26-00-34-47-413_deco.jpg

If it looks flat and shelf-like then it is not true hub doubling.

...or copper plating shifting during the
striking....not an error, more a minor
anomaly, and a very very common effect.

  8. Here I have tried to raise the light further letting the glare move further up the date showing the portion that is raised higher

You can take all the photos you want, change the position of the lighting again and again and photoshop everything until the cows come home, but it ain't gonna change nuthin'!

Some extremely knowledgeable collectors and error specialists have told you that it isn't a doubled die. However, if you keep insisting you see something, Go here http://doubleddie.com . Look through all of Wexler's 1984 doubled dies. If you can't find an exact match, contact Mr. Wexler to see if he has any interest in looking at it.

Also, I would book mark that sight and check it out if you think you find any other potential doubled dies
