could someone explain to me these bars running vertically on his coat. just never seen anything like this and like to be informed.
I don't know how damage like that could be explained. Damage inflicted outside of the mint could be caused in any of millions of ways. I do know that it didn't come from the mint like that.
that is what gets me puzzled. from the pic it looks to me that the bottom of the lines are all even with coat. so for me it is also hard how it could have been done post mint. thank you for your response , i am new at this and i have alot of questions. every tidbit helps.
