So, I was going through my World coins and realized I had this coin and didn't have it in my trusty coin collection book. Just looking for a more accurate value please. Also, how would grade it? Thanks!

NGC World Catalog/NumisMaster has it a KM 140. Interestingly, the MS63 is listed for $14 with a mintage of 133,610, but no mintage listed for proof yet the value is listed the same at $14.

Sometimes these listings mean something similar to the Red Book:
“…mintage included in the number above”.

I disagree with this practice, just give us the true numbers. They can do it easily, they have all the reported data from the Mint!

I can see the proof valued at $21-25, if the Mint State version value is valid.
