Interesting.. It is a slight Misaligned Die Strike.. That would of been a huge finned rim. I'm not totally sure.
Maybe a Die Break also. Right side of Memorial Building. Through the FG? Looks like a worn die was used. Die Scratches on the field.
The appearance to me is that this was laid over as it doesn't look like it blends into the field as a break usually would. An angled pic looking up from the bottom might give the answer??
