from what I have seen about rpm's on wexlers there isnt a 83d/d. With the picture provided i'll say no, but the pic is not good enough to be sure.

Thanks a million for ypur response. I had two people on another forum tell me it was only plating damage but I wasn't buying it. I took it to a coin dealer and after looking closely at it he said it could be an RPM but he couldn't find a reference for that particular RPM. I realy appreciate the link!
