1983D Penny Inversed imprint?

    I heard a bunch of these are self-made. What do you think of this coin?
    Any info/thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Also, on the back, the ..."E CENT" is rubbed off.

    Looks like a squeeze job to me. That's where two coins have been squeezed (or hammered) together. Notice how the raised elements of the other coin are reversed and incused into this coin?
