That's a fairly common location for a die crack and since you're not seeing any serif splits or notching on the MM, I don't believe you've found what you think you've found.
+1. Look for the actual doubling first, not the markers. It doesn't matter if sll the markers are there...if the doubling is not, then it is not that particular die. The MM also does not appear to be in the same location as die 3.
I don't really see the splits on the web site, and the upper corner on this coin shows something going on. How do you figure the location is off?
