1983D 10c wrong planchet?

    Can't make heads or tails on this one and no pun intended. Every letter on reverse and obverse is thick and with a spread. Date and mm have a spread but not as smooth on surface. Nose and eyebrow extra metal flow appear to be a die crack but Idk. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    You also need a picture of the reeded edge and the weight.
    Looks like a normal Dime Planchet to me with minor issues.
